I really liked my sketch of this fella, so I decided to use him as warm-up this morning. I'm pretty happy with the colours! Took me around 30 minutes, I was eating breakfast while doing it. xD
I like to imagine that this fella would be semi-aquatic, living in a coral garden and using his horns to lure in prey. I might work more on these guys as I expand the world of Bound Fates!

Buck-toothed- I mean, short-beaked dragon returns with a colourful flow! I don't know why but I kinda want to sit on him. He reminds me of those sea horses with the mermaid tails from Bella Sara.
