"Snow makes me feel... nostalgic."

"How so?"

"It reminds me of the mountain. The one I woke up on. It was snowing that day, when I exited the gates.
I still wonder... was there someone there, on this mountain, waiting for me...? Did I make a mistake by leaving?"

"Maybe... Maybe it was your home, and you forgot it."

"I don't regret leaving."

"You don't? But what about your family? I'm sure they were searching for you."

"I don't need another family. I have one right here. And he's watching the falling snow with me."

There is a lot about Makis that I have yet to explore in his story, and that's a big part of why I cannot wait to get to it. I'm still keeping quiet as to why he has amnesia or what exactly happened to him on that mountain, but it's going to be an important theme in the general story of Bound Fates, so keep your eyes peeled for information about that!
